The Sell Yourself. Online Service provided by Randalls offers a great value for money alternative to vendors wishing to sell their own property. Randalls will assist in the valuation and create the property particulars. This service includes full sales progression but does not include some marketing aspects such as photography and floorplans. Vendors carry out their own viewings with the leads generated by Randalls’ extensive marketing. There is a one-off, up-front fee and nothing more to pay on completion. This covers the property for a full 6 months of marketing.
